Sodexo at Stevenson University, Green Spring Campus, is seeking a Grill Cook to join a collaborative kitchen team. You’ll prepare nutritious dishes with an emphasis on customer service and a positive dining experience for students and staff.

Responsibilities include grilling, portioning, following recipes, and operating grill stations, fryers, and other equipment across Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and catered events. Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
