Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Grill Cook at OU Health - University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City. You will prepare and plate hot and cold dishes with a focus on quality and timeliness, while delivering friendly service to guests and staff.

Open availability and varying shifts are required; 0–2 years of related experience is beneficial and you’ll be part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and a positive workplace culture. This is a part-time role with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
