Job summary

Nifty Fifty's in Fallsington, PA is seeking a Cook to prepare ingredients and craft meals, ensuring high-quality food and friendly service that makes guests feel like family.

You will work with a team, follow food safety standards, maintain presentation and station cleanliness, and handle daily tasks from prep to end-of-night cleaning. Flexible hours and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capable of using knives, slicing equipment, and other preparation materials.
• Carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to place items on high and low shelves.

Responsibilities

• Prep, set up, and work the grill station
• Maintain product presentation, quality, portion, and cook time standards
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling in accordance to state board of health regulations
• Slice and chop meat, cheese, & other necessary food products
• Maintain proper food inventories in both the station and walk-in & freezer
• Communicate with servers/cashiers in a professional manner regarding customer orders
• Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the shift
• Clean, sanitize, and turn off equipment at the end of the night
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
• Other additional tasks management may need assistance with
