Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Grill Cook at the Great West Casualty site in South Sioux City, NE. Schedule runs Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, with online applications accepted. Pay range is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

This role supports Canteen's food service operations and guest experience. As a grill cook, you will prepare and serve items, ensure correct temperatures, follow recipes, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in grill cooking preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in a friendly manner and maintains correct temperatures and attractive presentation.
• Uses established procedures for ticket collection and records during service.
• Maintains sanitation and safe operation of work areas and equipment.
