Qualifications

• Must have previous Grill/Cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items at grill station.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner and ensures correct temperatures.
• Uses established recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas and utensils.
• Respects safety standards and attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
