Job summary

CAVA is hiring a Grill Cook in Florida. You’ll lead the grill station, prepare mouthwatering dishes to spec, follow recipes, and ensure safety, sanitation, and cleanliness to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Duties include observing food safety, restocking cook stations, standing for long shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and cross-training across the restaurant. Benefits include competitive pay, health/dental/vision, 401k, paid leave, and a free meal on every shift.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality.
• Willingness to cross-train across restaurant roles.

Responsibilities

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests.
• Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned.
