Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Grill Cook to lead guest experiences by preparing mouthwatering food and upholding our safety and quality standards. You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and stay in motion to deliver exceptional meals.

As a team member, you’ll support cross-training across the restaurant and help with deliveries and other duties as needed. This is a role with physical demands and opportunities to grow with the brand.

• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests.
• Put deliveries away and assist with additional duties as assigned.
