Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all prepared food.
• Uses established procedures during service, maintains records, and handles food storage safely.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, operates equipment properly, and assists with planning and ordering.
• Reports maintenance issues, attends safety meetings, and fosters good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follows safety standards, including HACCP, and all company policies, including proper use of protective gear and safe lifting techniques.
