We are looking to add an experienced Grill Cook to work with a highly motivated and energetic kitchen staff at our Corporate Dining location, UNUM Portland. As a cook for Corporate Chefs, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, efficient environment and cook delicious meals. Responsibilities
  • Prepping Breakfast and Lunch with Grill partner
  • Cooking and Grilling on Flattop and Charbroiler
  • Multitasking and working on multiple tickets simultaneously
  • Keeping Grill station cleaned and sanitized
Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking emphasis
  • Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment and identify food items
  • Customer service experience

Nice-to-haves:

  • Food handlers’ certification

Compensation Range

$20 - $21 per hour
