The Grill Cook is a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, responsible for preparing and cooking grilled food items to established recipes, standards, and portion controls. The role includes operating grill and kitchen equipment safely, monitoring cooking times and temperatures, and maintaining food quality and presentation. The Grill Cook prepares ingredients, sets up and breaks down workstations, and follows all food safety, sanitation, and infection‑control procedures. This position supports food service operations by coordinating with team members, replenishing supplies, and responding to customer needs in a courteous and efficient manner. The role may also assist with other food preparation tasks, stock rotation, and cleaning duties as required to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
