Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Grill Cook at our Eden Prairie location. You will work on a weekdays-only schedule as part of a high‑performing kitchen team, preparing and presenting meals with a focus on quality and service.

This full‑time role offers a supportive environment and opportunities to grow within a large national organization. You’ll be responsible for proper food handling, following recipes, and maintaining a clean, efficient station while delivering friendly, attentive service to customers

• Prepare and grill a variety of hot and cold items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• Support other duties as required by the unit or client.

What You’ll Do:

As a Grill Cook at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. Your passion for food and warm smile will make a positive impact and brighten the day of those you serve.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 0 – 2 years of related experience is beneficial
