Job Description for Grill Cook at The Fireplace Inn

The Fireplace Inn, a family-owned business in Old Town for 56 years, is seeking a reliable and hardworking prep or grill cook to join our team. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, typically from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Pay is based on experience, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing dishes ordered by servers
2. Working collaboratively with the chef and team to ensure food quality and presentation
3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
4. Opening and closing the station as directed by supervisors
5. Assisting in cleaning the kitchen line and maintaining a hygienic environment
6. Following directions and asking for help when needed
7. Being open-minded to new ideas and continuous learning
8. Performing additional duties as assigned
