Sodexo Group is hiring a Grill Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and present hot and cold dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while delivering friendly, attentive service that puts the customer first.

This full-time role requires teamwork, reliability and adaptability. 0-2 years of related kitchen experience is beneficial; shifts are weekday mornings. We offer a flexible, supportive environment with comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte or operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment.
• Attend work and be on time for scheduled shifts with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.

What You’ll Do:As a Grill Cook at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You'll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. Your passion for food and warm smile will make a positive impact and brighten the day of those you serve.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
