Job summary

Southeast Texas HR in Beaumont, TX is seeking a dependable Grill Cook to join our hospital and healthcare team. You will prep and cook meals, follow safety guidelines, and maintain clean stations during service. The role is temp to hire; hours are 6am–7:30pm, Monday–Friday, with weekend rotation and some holidays.

Compensation starts at $14 per hour, DOE, plus an excellent benefits package once eligible. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and pass background and

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial cooking experience in a restaurant.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 20 pounds.
• Ability to work between the hours of 6am-7:30pm.
• Must be able to obtain proof of immunization records.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Pass all pre-employment screening including background screen and drug tests.

Southeast Texas HR is seeking a dependable Grill Cook to join our team in the hospital and healthcare industry. As our Grill Cook you will be responsible:

• Set up and maintain work stations through meal service.
• Complete all the prep work for the next day on your assigned workstation and assist others.
• Complete daily workstation cleaning checklist, ensuring it is cleaned and sanitized before end of shift.
• Complete all required logs and documents for your assigned area, complying with state, federal, and hospital guidelines.

The working hours are between 6am-7:30pm Monday-Friday and you will have to work every other weekend and some holidays. This will be a temp to hire position for the right candidate and pay will be $14+ DOE with an excellent benefits package once you become eligible.
