This range is provided by Ruth's Chris Steak House. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$15.50/hr - $22.00/hr

Role Description

Our Grill Cooks are passionate about preparing high-quality food and creating memorable dining experiences through world-class service and exceptional cuisine. You will:

  • Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • Prepare food products, including meats, poultry, and seafood, according to recipes and techniques
  • Assist the kitchen team in food preparation
  • Ensure a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food
  • Be a team player with high attention to detail
Qualifications

One to two years of culinary experience, including grill and cold prep, preferred.
