The New York City Department of Correction (DOC) is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for staff, visitors, volunteers, and individuals in custody. The DOC operates across the five boroughs with over 7,500 professionals and is involved in criminal justice reform initiatives.
The Office of Constituent and Grievance Services (OCGS) is hiring Grievance Investigators to conduct thorough investigations of grievances and electronic complaints from persons in custody. Investigators will manage the grievance process, ensure compliance, and report to the Grievance Manager or designee.
