Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a social work or counseling position preferred.
• Experience working for a foundation or non-profit organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides bereavement services to include home visits and telephone correspondence.
• Assesses the social and emotional factors related to family members coping with a loss.
• Develops a bereavement plan of care with frequency of service delivery.
