Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks a Project Manager for Grid in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. You will own bottom-line delivery for HV/MV/LV and transmission projects, including potential substation and distribution work. Travel to project sites may be involved. Hybrid/onsite options apply, based on project needs.

You will lead diverse teams, manage safety, schedule, and budget while partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Professional engineer license preferred.
• 7+ years of construction or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety culture and leads by example.
• Responds to RFPs and prepares proposals for services/EPC work.
• Leads conceptual design and procurement for substation projects.
• Manages schedule, budget, and scope for projects.
• Interfaces with clients and stakeholders to ensure success.
• Works in corporate and field environments.
