Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Senior Manager, Distribution Engineering (Metro West) to lead a high-performing team in delivering safe, reliable engineering solutions across a broad service area in Southern California.

This hybrid role requires coordinating across Engineering, Planning, Operations, Construction, and external stakeholders to advance strategic objectives, manage risk, and drive operational excellence while focusing on workforce development and employee safety and

Formación

• Five or more years supervising a team and/or managing projects.
• Experience performing engineering work in operations, production, construction or maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Leads engineering and business initiatives to develop grid strategies and plan design, operation, and maintenance.
• Manages and prioritizes the engineering roadmap; improves execution efficiency.
• Leads and supports the project engineering group and ensures delivery of projects.
• Oversees budgets, resource allocation, risk assessment, and milestones to deliver capital and strategic projects.
• Drives digitalization and automation to improve engineering processes and outcomes.
• Develops and maintains a risk management strategy for engineering projects.
