Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Service Engineer to support installation, commissioning, and service for grid integration systems across North America. This role involves providing technical support to service teams and customers, ensuring reliable operation of power quality systems.

You will collaborate with engineers and project managers while contributing to process improvement initiatives and internal training efforts. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and experience with electrical systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience with substation products and engineering practices.
• Familiarity with power electronics technologies such as SVC and HVDC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support service activities to meet customer requirements related to power quality.
• Serve as primary support for service teams and customers.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and system documentation support.
