Madison Gas and Electric is seeking an Electrical Engineer focused on smart grid, renewables, DER, and communications to deploy and integrate advanced technology for distribution automation and DER integration. This role contributes to a safe, reliable, resilient, and sustainable power grid.
You will design, implement, and support SCADA/controls, coordinate with project teams, and provide guidance on complex engineering tasks for customers and internal stakeholders.

The position is a blend of onsite and field, and office days are in downtown Madison, Wisconsin, where MGE is an active participant in community efforts to preserve the area's extraordinary quality of life.
