GE Vernova's Salt Lake City area facility seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead end-to-end operations, drive SQDCP performance, and scale production to meet growing energy-transition demand. You will build a high-performing team, partner with Engineering to deploy new technologies, and champion Lean methods on the shop floor.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience across SQDCP.

Aufgaben

• Translate complex customer demands into executable production plans while maintaining a high-energy presence on the shop floor.
• Lead the industrialization and ramp-up of our site, partnering with Engineering to implement new technologies and best practices.
• Build, coach, and empower a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and optimize flow, cycle times, and ergonomics.
• Serve as a visible leader for EHS and Quality, ensuring a Safety-First culture and high standards.
