Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Track budgets, schedules, and resources for transmission planning projects.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and client deliverables with engineering staff.
• Develop utilization, staffing, and capacity reports for the team.
• Create executive summaries and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze historical data to support forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to monitor performance and utilization.
• Document and optimize internal processes; support AI adoption efforts.
