About The Role

We seek a Culinary Team Member to bring our elevated dishes to life, working with a passionate team to create memorable meals that keep guests returning. This role reports to the Kitchen Supervisor and Kitchen Manager.

Duties And Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

1. Execute menu items with precision, following recipes and standards.
2. Work efficiently at your station (grill, sauté, fry, or prep) during busy times.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
4. Assist with food prep, inventory, and stock rotation.
5. Collaborate with team members for smooth service.
6. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

1. 1+ years of kitchen experience preferred; passion and attitude are key.
2. Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
3. Team-first mindset—success is a team effort.
4. Willingness to learn and take pride in your craft.
5. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and game-day shifts.

Working Conditions And Physical Effort

1. Work in a typical restaurant environment.
2. Lift, push, pull, or move up to 15 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 25 pounds, using safe methods.
