Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade in downtown Cleveland is looking for a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and set the tone for their dining experience. You will assist with seating and share menu recommendations, helping guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.

As a front-line team member, you will use refined verbal communication to engage guests in a fast-paced environment and contribute to overall guest satisfaction. This on-site role includes competitive benefits.
