Rivers Casino Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a guest-facing role. This position involves greeting guests, managing dining room seating, and providing menus while ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess customer service experience. Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential. A familiarity with database software is also preferred.

Essential Job Functions

• Greets guests, determines seating location, escorts guest to tables, and provides menus.
• Answers phone, utilizes reservation system, responds to guest inquiries and takes reservations.
• Refers difficult guest complaints to management.
• Keeps abreast of casino promotions and events in order to respond to guest inquiries.
• Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Database software
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre‑employment process.
• Ability to speak an Asian language is preferred.

Physical And Mental Demands
