Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation in Woodland, CA is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage the check-in experience. You’ll answer phones, ring sales, and support leagues with a cheerful, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities include managing waitlists, guiding guests on lanes and equipment, and operating the POS, central panel, and PA system. Flexible evenings and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol.

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability of lanes and equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter with cash control.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction (simple techniques).
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.

WHAT OUR GREETERS/DESK ATTENDANTS DO

Greeters/Desk Attendants set the tone for everyone who enters our doors, giving us our first opportunity to impress our guests and provide them with the kind of “WOW” factor they’ve been looking forward to.

A GREETER/ DESK ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction (no, you don’t need to show them your trick shots, just the essentials)
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
• Part-time, evening and night shifts, weekend availability.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.42 to $20.26.
