Hansen Family Hospital in Iowa Falls is seeking a part-time Greeter to enhance the patient experience. The role includes guiding patients in and out of the hospital and assisting with wayfinding, with a schedule of 16 hours per week and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. to noon.

Hansen Family Hospital has a part time position as a greeter available. This position works 16 hours per weekand one Saturday a month from 8:00 a.m. - noon. The Greeter position is a very important role in a patient experience at the hospital & clinics. The primary role is assisting patients in & out of the hospital and assisting patients in way finding in the hospital. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem solve as situations arise.
