Greenway's busy East Orlando Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo Dealership has immediate openings for light line technicians.

The ideal candidate has some experience and/or a desire to learn the processes involved with visual vehicle inspections, maintenance procedures, light line repairs, accessory installation, and recalls. This is a great start to a career in automotive service!

Responsibilities:

1. Greet all customers in a friendly, professional manner and help identify, confirm, and resolve customer concerns.
2. Execute thorough and accurate inspections to advise on recommended maintenance or needed repairs.
3. Run tests to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly.
4. Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
5. Drive vehicles for testing purposes.
6. Maintain efficiency and accuracy in servicing customer and dealer-owned vehicles.
7. Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Quick Lube service experience required.
• Must have a positive, friendly attitude with a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Ability to learn new technology and all repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
• Effective analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Must exhibit personal and professional integrity.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
