Description

Greenway CDJR Rome is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter who will lead by example and oversee all aspects of our Parts Operation. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in Franchise Dealership Parts Management, or
  • 3+ years experience working in a Franchise Dealership Parts Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the Parts department
  • Motivate and develop staff through coaching and training
  • Ensure departmental goals are met and compliance with laws and policies
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Handle paperwork, reports, and documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, and promotions
  • Locate parts and accessories, and coordinate installation
  • Monitor inventory and maintain storage area
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of Parts experience, CDK experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, purchasing, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with order entry, shipping, invoicing, and sales
  • Proven leadership and staff management skills
  • Ability to manage processes and people effectively
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and stress management skills
  • Familiarity with dealership management software and Microsoft Office
