RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Set up machines to run parts as defined by the planning documents.
2. Operate machines to safely produce component parts to production and quality targets.
3. Perform in-process inspections.
4. Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain product conformance.
5. Perform changeovers to machines as necessary.
6. Perform tooling changes and touch-offs.
7. Communicate to Process or Cell Technician and Leadership as necessary.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Prior experience with manual or Computer Numerically Controlled Horizontal Lathes.
2. Experience with Fanuc controller and DMG Mori machines.
3. Preferred experience with Statistical Process Control.
