• Builds and nurtures strong client relationships

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned to client goals
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or clientele
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and services
