Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a financial services professional to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them reach financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, meet with clients to review goals, and build financial plans incorporating banking and investment products.

The role requires investment licenses (Series 7 & 66) and prior experience in investments or financial services.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; 63/65 in lieu of 66 allows conditional offer with passing of missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in the investments industry with investment product knowledge.
• At least one year experience in financial services or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and accomplish goals, build relationships, collaborate, communicate confidently, and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building financial plans with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
