Job summary

GreenSpace Recycling in the Puget Sound area is seeking a Waste Remedy Agent Trainee to operate a box truck, sort waste on-site, and assist with cleanup and removal of bulky items. The role starts at $23 per hour with potential to grow to $26 per hour and includes bonus opportunities tied to recycling efforts.

Shifts begin at 4:00 AM, Sunday through Friday, with Saturdays and one additional weekday off. Benefits include medical insurance after 90 days, 401(k) eligibility after 180 days, and PTO

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of relevant driving experience.
• Early morning shifts
• Ability to lift body weight; stamina for outdoor physical work
• Reliable attendance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck.
• On-site sorting of trash and recycling, cleaning enclosures, and handling furniture or appliances.
• Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds.
• Removal of bulky items (including furniture and appliances)
• Perform light janitorial work and cleanup as needed
