Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Greenskeeper Maintenance Tech (Spray Technician) to support the Agronomy team in Naples, FL. You will safely prepare and apply turf care products while assisting with routine groundskeeping duties to maintain premier course conditions.

Applicants should have golf course maintenance experience, familiarity with chemical applications, and a high school diploma or GED. Florida pesticide license is preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course upkeep or turf management.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols.
• Ability to read labels, SDS, and application instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and other turf products.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and related maintenance gear.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain accurate records of chemical applications and equipment maintenance.
• Assist with daily course maintenance and greens upkeep as needed.
