The Ridge at Castle Pines is seeking a Greenskeeper I for full-time seasonal work (April–October) at Castle Pines in Castle Rock, CO. The role focuses on high standards of landscape care in a hospitality environment, with potential increases based on performance.

Wage ranges from $16.00 to $16.90 per hour and includes meals and pro shop discounts. Responsibilities include general landscape maintenance, bunkers, edging, mowing, soil bed preparation, course setup, and safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.

Pay scale: $16.00-16.90 per hour. Full-time, seasonal (April - October).

Key Responsibilities of the Greenskeeper I:

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment
