Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; turf management education is a plus.
• Knowledge of turfgrass maintenance practices and equipment operation.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain greens, fairways, and roughs, ensuring high presentation and playability.
• Participate in construction and maintenance of turf areas, including seeding, top dressing, and aerating.
• Operate and maintain turf care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance, including sprinkler head adjustments and leak repairs.
• Help set up the course for daily play, including tee markers, flagsticks, and hole locations.
