Job summary

Tri-Mountain Golf Course in Ridgefield, WA is hiring a full-time Greenskeeper to maintain the golf course and landscapes, ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests.

The role requires a willingness to learn, dependability, and a strong work ethic; duties include mowing, irrigation maintenance, fertilizer applications, and operation of small equipment. Flexible scheduling and overtime may be required during busy seasons.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility.
• Performs course setup, including moving and setting tee balls, picking up garbage, and changing pins.
• Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees, and other areas.
• Waters tees, greens, and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water.
• Repairs the irrigation system, pipes, and irrigation heads as necessary.
• Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod, and seeds greens, tees, and fairways.
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds.
• Applies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf course.
• Operates small equipment, such as weed trimmers, blowers, edgers, and push mowers.
• Aerifies greens, verticuts, and mows tees and greens.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
