Greenskeeper/Equipment Operator - Full-Time Seasonal

Location: TPC Boston, Norton, MA

TPC Boston is a private par-72, 7,241-yard golf course designed by Arnold Palmer, redesigned in 2007 by Gil Hanse. It emphasizes resource conservation, water management, pest control, wildlife habitat, and education.

Position Overview

The Equipment Operator I is an entry-level role responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks to maintain the golf course grounds.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and follow directions and operate golf course machinery
Responsibilities
  • Maintain logs for equipment operation, maintenance, and fuel usage
  • Keep maintenance facilities clean, organized, and safe
  • Clean machinery after use and inspect for deficiencies
  • Perform routine golf course maintenance tasks as directed
  • Complete training for specific tasks
  • Follow safety and operational guidelines
  • Perform tasks such as trimming, edging, repairing ball marks, filling divots, sod laying, operating utility vehicles, blowers, hand tools, and top dressing equipment
Physical Demands & Environment

Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, with requirements for specific vision abilities. Adherence to safety regulations is mandatory.
