Job summary

The Club at ArrowCreek in Reno, NV is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to contribute to maintenance of the golf course and grounds, learning and growing within a hospitality-focused property and Troon-backed organization.

You will perform landscape maintenance, operate equipment, assist with soil and sod, fertilizer applications, and course setup, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment.
• Rakes sand traps with power rake, aerifies greens and tees.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Operates walking equipment in mowing greens collars and tees.
• Assists with fertilizer applications on tees, fairways and rough areas.
• Operates riding equipment in mowing fairways, approaches and rough.
• Operates sod cutter, trencher and tamper for routine projects.
