Job description

Here’s what you’d do:

The Greenskeeper will maintain the grounds of golf courses.

You’d be responsible for:

1. Changing cup locations on all greens daily or as directed by supervisor
2. Servicing all teeing ground stations on course, including:

• Moving markers
• Seeding divots from prior day's play
• Removing broken tees
• Removing trash from receptacles
• Maintaining ball-washers, water, and soap
• Policing trash from golf course during daily travel
• Monitoring traffic control devices on golf course (ropes, stakes, signs)
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms daily
• Picking up leaves, trash, and cut grass, placing debris onto a truck or trailer
• Operating vehicles for bunker raking, including power and hand raking
• Mowing small turf areas with push power mowers
• Applying irrigation as directed by supervisor (if applicable)

Additional duties as assigned

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Physical demands include, but are not limited to:
• Light lifting up to 20 pounds
• Exposure to outdoor elements (rain, cold, sun, night)
• Repetitive movements such as twisting, bending, squatting, standing, walking, and sitting
