Job summary

Sunriver Resort is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain pristine course conditions for the Crosswater Course. You will assist in mowing greens, tees, aprons and fairways, plus bunker maintenance and divot repair, ensuring AAA Four Diamond standards are met.

You will support golf maintenance operations, work with diverse teams, and provide guest-friendly service while upholding safety and professionalism across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Prior landscaping experience preferred.
• Prior golf maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• At least one year customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mows greens and tees with precision.
• Operates maintenance equipment and tractors.
• Assists with landscaping, planting, pruning and turf care.
• Maintains bunker areas and repairs divots.
• Rakes sand traps and maintains course playability.
• Follows Sunriver Resort safety policies and procedures.
• Keeps the golf maintenance team informed of issues.
• Welcomes guests with a warm, professional attitude.
