Arcis Golf operates the Canyon Springs Golf Club in San Antonio, TX. The Team Member role supports daily course upkeep, guest service, and operations to ensure an exceptional experience for members and visitors.

Team members are expected to learn quickly, perform with strong attention to detail, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace. The position offers a pathway to development opportunities and a range of lifestyle perks.

• Strong attention to detail is important for golf course upkeep and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain golf course by mowing, trimming, top dressing, turf care, bunker maintenance, hole changes and hedge trimming.
• Operate golf course equipment as needed to keep the course in top condition.
• Mow greens, tees, aprons, approaches, roughs and other areas to ensure safe, high-quality play.
