Arcis Golf is seeking a dedicated Team Member at Superstition Springs Golf Club in Mesa, AZ. You will help maintain the course, operate equipment, and assist guests to ensure an exceptional golfing experience.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This role supports a fast-paced course operation with a focus on safety and quality across all greens, tees, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain golf course by mowing, trimming, top dressing, and turf care.
• Operate golf course equipment and perform bunker maintenance.
• Support guests and members with service requests and course guidance.
