Job summary
Desert Mountain Club in North Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Greenskeeper to support our agronomy team and maintain a world‑class golf facility. You will perform routine maintenance work, operate golf course equipment, and support landscaping and construction tasks under supervision.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic; prior golf course experience is a plus. Competitive benefits include health insurance, an onsite clinic, 401k match, and meals during shifts.
Qualifications
- Prior golf course experience is a plus.
- Team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
- Shifts start early and require outdoor work.
Responsibilities
- Operate small power mowers, trimmers, greens mower, tee mowers, fly-mos and backpack blowers on designated area of the golf course.
- Perform hand mowing or hand trimming, renovations and construction work, shoveling and raking, and related labor tasks.
- Operate small utility vehicles for hauling mowers, materials and debris as needed.
- Cultivate and water trees and plants.
- Use riding mower equipment as assigned by Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
