Job summary

Eagle Landing Golf Club in Orange Park, FL is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to support our members and guests while growing knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

The role covers bunker maintenance, equipment operation, soil bed preparation, course detail work, and daily course setup. Candidates must have a month of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

One month of related experience or training
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to work in various weather conditions and elements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Maintains regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

Rakes and maintains sand bunkers
Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing
Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material
Performs tasks related to course detail (weed and debris cleanup)
Assists with golf course set-up procedures
Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their respective work areas
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
Performs other duties as required
