Job Description

Ensure the golf course is well maintained and reflects outstanding quality.

Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of golf course maintenance practices.
2. Sand trap maintenance, hand trimming, edging, shoveling, raking, and light-duty riding mowing.
3. Arrive in uniform with a positive attitude and prepare for the day’s work.
4. Understand daily job assignments and their relation to the golf course play.
5. Select appropriate equipment for tasks based on understanding of equipment applications.
6. Work effectively as part of a team to meet goals.
7. Perform maintenance tasks with pride and ownership, adhering to quality standards.
8. Inspect tools and equipment, operate safely, report damages, and understand work order systems.
9. Follow Omni Hotel rules and regulations as per the employee handbook.

Qualifications

1. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
2. Flexibility to work weekends and mornings.
3. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
4. Availability for at least 6 days per week.
