Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a hands-on Team Member to help maintain Broad Bay Country Club in Virginia Beach, VA. You will be responsible for mowing, trimming, bunkers, and turf care, while operating golf course equipment and keeping greens in top condition.

Ideal candidates show willingness to learn, carry strong customer service experience, and pay close attention to detail. This is an on-site role offering growth opportunities and access to extensive employee perks.
