Job summary

Arcis Golf is looking for a motivated Team Member to support course maintenance at TPC River’s Bend in Maineville, OH. You’ll work with the crew to keep greens, tees, bunkers, and surrounding areas in top condition and assist with equipment operation.

This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and a customer-friendly approach as you contribute to a welcoming guest experience for members and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and perform.
• Strong attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Mows greens, tees, aprons and approaches to greens, roughs, and other areas of the golf course.
• Operate golf course equipment as directed by maintenance staff.
• Maintain bunkers, hole changing, hedge trimming and general maintenance tasks as part of daily course care.
