Job summary

Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Greenskeeper in Ridgedale, MO. This full-time role requires maintaining greens, fairways, and surrounding grounds to high golf-course standards.

You will operate irrigation systems, water and fertilize beds, and keep all walkways and parking areas safe while providing excellent guest service. Long-term outdoor work, physical activity, and weather exposure are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Missouri E or Arkansas P driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks: cutting, trimming, seeding, irrigation, chemical applications.
• Maintain flower beds, planting areas, and beds; weed and mulch as needed.
• Keep walkways, trails, drives, and parking areas clean and safe.
• Maintain and winterize irrigation systems; repair as required.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Report equipment and supply needs to supervisor.
• Assist with guest questions about the golf course and facilities.
